Chad has been serving seniors over the past 25+ years in Skilled Nursing, Home Health, and Assisted Living. Throughout the years, Chad has held positions in Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Community Operations, Home Health Regional Operations and most recently Senior Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining YMP Senior Living in October 2021 as our Chief Operating Officer, Chad spent the last 18 years working with one of the nation’s largest senior living operators serving in Regional Operations. In the Regional Operations role, Chad oversaw the overall operations of 17 Assisted Living, Memory Care and Independent Living communities throughout the state or Florida to include owned, managed, and start-up communities. Chad was responsible for the overall financial sustainability of each community by growing revenues as well as managing overall expenses. Chad has a passion for caring for our most vulnerable population and leading a solid community team through building strong relationships while executing on what matters most…. our residents, associates, families, and stakeholders.

Selina Tran has been the administrator at Cresthaven Senior Living since 2018. Prior to her Administrator position, Selina was the Director of Nursing (D.O.N) at Cresthaven for 5 years.
Prior to Cresthaven Selina was a D.O.N in a Skilled nursing home.
Selina’s skills and profession as a Licensed Administrator coupled with her Registered Nurse License is extremely helpful in ensuring, and empowering Cresthaven’s staff to build-up and constantly improve resident’s satisfaction by enhancing the quality of care.
In her spare time, Selina enjoys cooking and gardening.
Steve Delach is Cresthaven’s Business Development Director, and he also oversees Admissions and Community Relations at our community. Steve has over 30 plus years’ experience working with seniors. He currently sits on the board for “Area Agency on Aging for Southwest Florida” (AAASWFL).
Steve volunteered for over 14 years with the Alzheimer’s Community Care Association and chaired their annual education conference. As a chair member of the “Alzheimer's Association Walk to End Alzheimer’s”, Steve helped with planning and execution of the “Walk to End Alzheimer's” and successfully raised $138,000.00. Steve is a Certified Respiratory Therapist, and he is a certified as a Case Management Specialist.
